Air Medical Safety Congress
June 9th | Chicago, IL
Time is running out, and space is filling up!
You must RSVP below to attend.
Dear AAMS Members -
Continuing collaborative safety efforts with ACCT, AMOA, and VAI, AAMS is convening an industry-wide Air Medical Safety Congress to further the candid discussions on-going around today’s most pressing safety objectives.
A foundational session held at DFW in February of this year, led by AMOA, along with ACCT, AAMS, and VAI, focused on safety primarily from the operator perspective and has led to meaningful dialogue and working group development. That successful gathering fostered a crucial foundational step, laying the groundwork for additional and cumulative efforts.
We continue to hear from leaders eager to gather and share additional perspectives as well as identify safety focus areas for AAMS and its members.
What’s Next?
In addition to leaders from ACCT, AMOA, VAI, the OEMs, our board, our partners, and our schools, we are seeking strong participation from program senior leaders for an in-person event. Our goal is to create a trusted space to relay challenges, collaborate on solutions, and determine actionable steps to continue to align safety efforts industry-wide in a collaborative fashion.
What this is:
- An invitation only, industry only forum
-
Built for focused discussion
- Designed to complement and build on the initial safety event held earlier this year at DFW
Who should attend:
- Senior leaders particularly those leading air medical programs
- Attendance is limited to 1–2 representatives per organization due to space and program format constraints
-
Regulatory agencies are not included to ensure open, community focused dialogue
What to expect:
-
Minimal presentations
- A working, roundtable format
- Facilitated discussion centered on shared risks, lessons learned, and building actionable strategies
