This free, interactive event is your chance to explore a wide range of rewarding career pathways such as apprenticeship opportunities and debt-free training options. This year, the Career Fair is representing a larger scope of industries beyond construction, including manufacturing, transportation, energy, technology, automotive, and aviation. It’s one of the region’s most dynamic events focused entirely on careers in the skilled trades.

Who's Going to Be at the Fair?
Oregon Tradeswomen's Career Fair brings together a variety of employers, unions, training programs, and community organizations ready to connect with you and support your career journey. Attendees can experience interactive activities such as using a torch to melt roof shingles with Roofers & Waterproofers Local 49, fix a water main break with the Portland Water Bureau, and take part in a climbing demo with Urban Forestry! Don't forget to mark your calendars for a thrilling new demonstration on Saturday at 12pm where the Sprinklerfitters Local 669 will ignite a burn trailer to show the importance of home fire protection systems.

We have volunteer opportunities from May 14th through May 16th to help with set-up, event registration, school support, clean-up, and more!
