On Monday, in his statement respecting the Supreme Court’s decision to not hear a challenge to Snope v. Brown, Justice Brett Kavanaugh stated the High Court will likely hear an assault weapons ban challenge SOON and settle the issue once and for all - but we need YOUR support to help us get our case there!

The refusal to hear SAF’s challenge to Maryland’s assault weapons ban by the High Court is an affront to the millions of gun owners who live in states that arbitrarily ban these firearms, while claiming those firearms are not covered under the Second Amendment. The Second Amendment protects ALL arms in common use for lawful purposes.
