The Association of Air Medical Services is now accepting proposals for the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC25) at the CHI Health Convention Center in Omaha, Nebraska, from October 27-29, 2025.

This is your chance to share your expertise with a diverse audience of emergency medical and critical care professionals, including:

Focus on Interactivity

Design your session to actively involve participants. Hands-on activities, interactive discussions, audience response methods, and other creative approaches to learning are preferred and will receive additional consideration.

Make It Practical
Include actionable takeaways that attendees can implement immediately into practice.

Highlight Innovation & Hot Topics

Showcase new strategies, timely issues, emerging trends, or innovative practices that can enhance patient care, team performance, or program operations.

Be Clear and Concise
Ensure your proposal has a clear objective and enough detail to be fully evaluated. Note the minimum and maximum word counts in the submission process.
