This 8-month, intensive program, led by flight crew members from across the country, equips candidates with essential clinical skills and hands-on training. Graduates complete live, high-fidelity simulations and visit real-life transport programs, ensuring they’re ready to excel in their careers.
But that’s not all. The Marketplace is open to all types of job-seekers attending AMTC24, giving you access to a wide spectrum of critical care professionals. Prior to the event, we’ll provide you with an aggregate list of the job types these candidates are seeking and their preferred locations—helping you target the talent that’s the best fit for your organization.
