The webinar will focus on industrial hygiene in a healthcare setting. We will define what is considered a healthcare setting. We will identify hazards that an Industrial Hygienist commonly encounters in a healthcare setting. We will identify some of the healthcare specific standards that industrial hygienists may utilize in quantifying and mitigating these hazards. The webinar will discuss some of the common hurdles that industrial hygienists encounter in a healthcare setting. It will also identify methods to overcome these hurdles while effectively managing the hazards.

Presenter: Grant M. Inneo, CSP
Grant Inneo is a dedicated Industrial Hygienist with 17 years of industrial hygiene experience. He earned his Master of Science in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and was awarded his CSP in 2020. Grant supervises a team of three industrial Hygienists and four technicians at a level 1A medical facility, that has two main campuses and 10 campus facilities. Grant is known for his ability to implement innovative solutions to industrial hygiene issues. Grant is actively involved in developing training for industrial hygienists in healthcare settings.
