November invites us to pause and reflect on the many blessings surrounding us. That’s 1,200 infants, youth, and teens who felt the care of a community that may never know them personally, but chooses to step into their hurt with compassion.

We're so proud to celebrate our board member, Mary Mogg Postle, who was recently honored at the Stepping Up for Kids Awards luncheon hosted by Vision for Children at Risk and the St. Louis Child Abuse & Neglect Network.

This event recognizes people who make a difference for children in foster, adoptive, and kinship care, and anyone who knows Mary knows how deeply she lives that out.

She’s spent her entire career supporting the foster care community, connecting people and resources, and standing up for kids and caregivers every step of the way. As an adoptive mom, she brings real understanding and heart to everything she does — and to our board at Foster Together.

As we continue our theme of gratitude, we’re so grateful for Mary's incredible work and so proud to see her recognized for the invaluable impact she's made for St. Louis area children and families.

We had the BEST time celebrating our incredible volunteers recently at our Volunteer Appreciation Event!

It was so special to see so many of our regular volunteers, from every corner of Foster Together, come together in one room. Whether they serve in the boutique, deliver Welcome Kits, support events, serve on the board or YPB, or cheer us on behind the scenes, they make Foster Together’s mission possible every single day. We are so grateful for them.

A huge thank you to our Events Chair, Tyler Mazdra, for planning such a thoughtful and joy-filled evening. Thank you to The Concord Grill for donating a delicious dinner, and to Flora MiLou for hosting the most beautiful flower bar—our volunteers absolutely loved their take-home bouquets!
