Tarpon Springs: At Tarpon Village Apartments, we’re building more than just affordable housing. We’re creating a vibrant, connected community. 

Thanks to our new Resident Manager, Mr. Gainous, residents launched the first Tuesday Night Book Club bringing neighbors together over coffee and conversation.

Jacksonville: Despite the summer heat, Team Depot brought new life to Independence Place with fresh mulch, weeding, and planting.

Their hard work helps us keep a welcoming, supportive housing environment in Jacksonville.

Palm Bay: We’re celebrating a huge milestone at Space Coast Commons, our very first residents have officially moved in!

Thanks to the kindness of Team Depot and The Home Depot Foundation, each new neighbor received a thoughtful “Welcome Home” kit packed with goodies and essentials to make their move a little brighter. 

Florida: Farm2Veteran is committed to fighting food insecurity by providing farm-fresh meat to veterans in need.

This year, they have generously donated over 4,000 pounds of beef to VOAF veterans across Florida.

Bringing comfort, dignity, and a true taste of home to those who served.

The Molina Foundation generously donated brand-new children’s books to VOAF programs across the state sparking joy, imagination, and a love of reading for the children and families we serve.

The very first residents of Space Coast Commons—our brand-new affordable housing community are finally moving in.

Over 200 backpacks were distributed to children in need across Florida through VOAF as part of Operation Backpack®!

Thanks to this incredible effort, young learners kicked off the school year equipped, confident, and ready to succeed.

Tampa-area families came together to celebrate grandparents with a fun-filled “Legacy of Love” event hosted at James Cole Village and sponsored by United Health Care.

The day featured activities, health resources, live music, and joyful moments that strengthened family bonds and honored the vital role grandparents play in their grandchildren’s lives.
