This month, we are excited to highlight Lisa Arato, a seasoned engineer and Sales Development Manager at Spiromatic NA, with over 33 years of experience in the food and baking industry. Over the course of a dynamic career, Lisa has excelled in various roles, including project engineering, application engineering, management, and outside sales. Known for a passion for innovative solutions, Lisa is dedicated to helping bakeries and food plants grow and thrive through creative and efficient processes.
Beyond the professional realm, Lisa enjoys spending free time outdoors, engaging in activities such as hiking, cycling, golf, dancing, pickleball, and being out on the water.
Lisa has been actively involved with ASB for many years, having previously served on the ASB Board and Marketplace Committee. Currently, Lisa is a member of the ANSI Z50 Committee, Planning Committee, and serves as the Formulation Floor Chair, contributing valuable insights to the industry and advancing ASB’s mission.
