Welcome to MRO TransAtlantic online registration. We offer a variety of different categories of badges (Please choose carefully as we do vet all registrations).

In order to register, you must have:

  1. A credit card handy for payment (if necessary);
  2. An email where your confirmation/and login credentiala will be sent (please set your system to accept emails from [email protected]).

VISITORS will have unlimited access to interact with exhibitors. View profiles, watch demos and learn about products. "Raise" your hand to express interest with specific exhibitors if you would like to be contacted for further follow-up.

With a VISITORS pass, you may schedule up to 10 meetings over the three (3) days with exhibitors for "private" 1:1 discussions/demos etc. Note: All 1:1 meetings must take place during the official event (October 27-29, 2020)

As a VISITOR, exhibitors may request meetings with you.

VISITORS will be able to get a "sneak peek" of exhibitors one (1) week prior to the actual virtual event. Here, you can submit your interest and be first on their list to "return your call!"

ALL ACCESS pass holders will have access to all virtual conference sessions.

ALL ACCESS pass holders will have unlimited access to interact with exhibitors and speakers. View exhibitor profiles, watch demos and learn about products. "Raise" your hand to express interest to be contacted for further follow-up. Connect with speakers during their sessions and throughout the three days of the event.


With an ALL ACCESS pass, you may schedule up to 20 meetings over the three (3) days with exhibitors for "private" 1:1 discussions/ demos etc. These 1:1 meetings will take place during the official event (October 27-29, 2020)

As an ALL ACCESS pass holder, exhibitors and speakers may request meetings with you.

You will have access to on-demand sessions - during and after the event - via the app and a post-show link.

Complementary with Booth Package

Exhibitors will receive a code to register booth personnel. If you are an exhibitor and the booth manager from your company has not yet received your code, please contact [email protected].

MRO TRANSATLANTIC VIP POLICY

AIRLINE COMPLIMENTARY POLICY: To be eligible for complimentary VIP Admission to our events, you MUST be employed at a FULL SERVICE, LOW-COST, CARGO, CHARTER, PRIVATE OR COMMERCIAL AIRLINE and hold a position in the following areas: Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Technical.

LESSORS COMPLIMENTARY POLICY:   To be eligible for complimentary VIP Admission to our events, you MUST  be in a Technical Procurement role at an ENGINE AND/OR AIRCRAFT LEASING COMPANY and hold a position in the following areas: Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Technical.

Third party maintenance affiliates, components and parts leasing companies, and the following positions do not qualify: administrative assistants, consultants, business development, or marketing/sales.

NOTE: You must register with a valid company/corporate email. Emails with GMAIL / AOL / Yahoo / Comcast / ATT / Optimum, etc. will automatically be disqualified.

Aviation Week reserves the right to change your category to VISITOR only or cancel any registration that doesn’t meet the criteria.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received on or before September 24, 2020 will receive a refund less a processing fee of 20% on the conference registration. VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Please fax your written cancellation to +1.913.514.6733 or email [email protected]. No refunds will be given after September 24, 2020 but a substitute may be sent. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting your registration, you authorize Informa to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.
